A: Dear friends, our general manager Aiden Wang founded Badu Lighting in 2009, having been engaged in the production and sales of lighting since then. In 2011, Badu Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established and the Badu brand was registered .

A: We are an integrated company of industry and trade who is of rich experience. We have 16 years of production experience and have been selling on various e-commerce platforms.

Q: What products do you mainly sell?
A: We mainly sell household lamps and hotel customized lamps. We sell more than 1600 styles of products, including ceiling lamps, chandeliers, wall lamps, floor lamps, fan lights, downlights, landscape lights, customized shapes, etc.

Q: Do you accept customization and OEM?
A: Yes, our factory has been engaged in the production of lamps for 16 years. We have long-term and closed cooperation with upstream accessories suppliers, such as hardware accessories, acrylic, aluminum, crystal, copper, light source, drive, carton packaging, mold factories.

Q: How is the quality of your products?
A: Our accessory suppliers are the best after more than ten years of cooperation. The spare parts they provide are of very excellent qualification but low price. We also have our own finished product testing department. All products undergo strict safety, luminous efficiency, color deviation, appearance, weather resistance , working life , CE/3C certification testing,etc. before shipment.‌

Q: What kind of packaging do you have for your products? Will they be damaged?
A: Our lamps mainly packed with the whole foam + wooden frame, which are very strong and won’t got damaged during normal transportation. We can also customize the packaging according to the quality requirements of the order.

Q: How long is the warranty of your products?
A: Our regular product warranty period is 2 years. We can also sign an agreement about the warranty period based on the quality customization requirements of the order, and you can choose a warranty period of 1-5 years.
